Purchasing a villa in Abruzzo is a daunting task but a very rewarding experience.   Once such place to do this is Valle San Giovanni, a small village of 350 people located near the provincial capital, Teramo.   Houses ther are inexpensive and often turn out to be a very pleasurable and rewarding experience.   I would recommend it to anyone who is interested in making the commitment.
